We take authentication very seriously at Little Fashion House, all our pre-loved items go through an authentication process by our specialist team to ensure it is the genuine article, all items are authenticated prior to them making it onto our website. The past seasonal stock is from reputable suppliers and with that the stock is guaranteed authenticity.
Our expert has been in the business of authenticating designer goods for decades so you can rest assured all items are in the hands of an expert.
When someone enquires with us to sell an item all items are sent off for authentication prior to them making it onto our website. Once the seller has sent us the item, it will be thoroughly assessed for quality and authentication by an authentication expert. If the quality and authentication does not match what the seller has described we will return the item to the seller and they will not receive confirmed funds. They will also be blacklisted from selling with us again. Pre-loved items will not make it onto our website without going through our authentication process and being guaranteed 100% authentication.
Our past seasonal items, we receive from reputable retailers in designer goods and therefore come with authentication guaranteed. So, you can rest assured the item you are purchasing is authentic and is of the quality you are expecting.

1. Fill out our selling form (if you have multiple items please contact us) If items align with the products we sell you will receive a quote within 24 hours.
2. If you are happy with the quote, you send the items off to LFH HQ once we have received the items we authenticate them. Once authentication has been confirmed you will receive confirmed amount for your items (please allow 48 hours for this process). THAT’S IT! Please bear in mind that all banks work differently so although we send the funds in this time frame it can take up to five workings days to show in your bank account.
All our items are authenticated by our expert authenticators prior to it going on sale. If you send us counterfeit items they will be disposed off, you will not receive the agreed quote and you will be blacklisted from selling with us again.

A pre-loved item is something that has been previously owned or used by someone else. Most of our pre-loved stock has been barely worn, most has been worn once or twice, in excellent condition and all dry-cleaned prior to receiving.
A past season item are pieces from the previous fashion season typically end of season stock, unworn and with original tags.
There are a number of different things we consider when providing a quote for your item.
1. How many times the item has been worn
2. The condition of the item
3. The demand for this product
4. The designer of the item
5. Original RRP
6. What season/year the item was made

For all pre-loved items the condition of the item is detailed in the description, this can range from “excellent condition” to “very good condition” to “brand new with tags” we do not sell anything that is in less than good condition. If you would like more information on the condition of a specific item please contact us and we will be happy to provide more photos and information where we can.
For all past seasonal items, these are all brand new items.

Unworn with tags – The item has never been worn before, has no defects, no modifications or alterations and has the original tag still attached.
Unworn without tags – The item has never been worn, has no defects, no modifications or alterations but the original tag has been removed.
Excellent condition – The item has been worn a maximum of twice, has no signs of wear and tear, no stains and looks brand new and unworn.
Very good Condition – The item has had gentle use, has been worn more than twice, shows little to no signs of defects/wear (see list below) and has been well-maintained.
Good Condition – The item has been worn more than twice, shows some signs of wear (see list below) but has been well-maintained.
Defects may include:
Spot or sweat marks, holes, tears, piling, loose stitches, small snags, pulled threads, discoloration, missing parts (Belt, strap etc), Odour and signs of wear on soles of shoes

We receive stock weekly and have new drops every week. We are very selective with what makes it onto our website as we only want to provide the best quality in pre-loved garments for our consumers and therefore we provide a curated collection of pre-loved designer wear that is sent to us.

Returns and Refunds
We understand that sometimes the item is not for you.
You can return the items within within 14 days of receiving the item, UNWORN and WITH TAGS. Returned items must be in the same condition as sent out, unworn and with all tags still attached & in the original packaging we do reserve the right to refuse the refund if they are returned in an unsuitable condition.
Return postage is at the buyers cost & responsibility until it has arrived safely with us. We recommend returning your items using a tracked & signed for service to ensure they arrive with us & prevent being lost by the chosen postal service. For hygiene purposes, no refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have perfume, makeup, body odours or cigarette smoke on.
If you wish to return please e-mail us on: email@example.com requesting a refund and we will provide you with the returns address.

We offer UK & International shipping (Europe only). UK and International shipping is 3 working days if you order before 3pm Monday-Friday.
If you order after 3pm on Friday your item will be dispatched on Monday.
